Celebrating Community Impact

We are thrilled to share highlights from an impactful year of collaboration and growth at BrainTrainr. Thanks to the tremendous support of foundations, not-for-profit organizations, academia, and multicultural groups, we have collectively empowered diverse voices and created pathways to reduce barriers and decrease poverty in equity-deserving communities. Through upskilling and capacity-building initiatives, we are delivering ethical AI training solutions that foster inclusivity and opportunity.

Achievements in 2024

• Community-Centric Training: BrainTrainr has worked tirelessly to reduce barriers for at-risk and marginalized groups aged 18-45, offering low-cost or no-cost training through ethical AI and immersive hybrid programs.

• Innovative Programs: This year, we co-designed initiatives in partnership with community alliances to deliver training in:

  • The creative audio-visual industry

  • The tech sector

  • Entrepreneurial and career development

  • Industrial and manufacturing innovation training

Looking Ahead:

As we move into 2025, we will continue expanding hybrid training programs to reduce barriers to sustainable careers and promote ethical AI adoption. By building a collective ecosystem and leveraging best practices, community knowledge sharing, and co-design approaches, we aim to:

• Increase inclusivity, equity, and innovation.

• Support living-wage job creation.

• Enable sustainable business models through BrainTrainr and Talk for Tech.
